산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제65조(중증요양상태등급 기준 등)

① 법 제66조부터 제69조까지의 규정에 따른 상병보상연금을 지급하기 위한 중증요양상태등급 기준은 별표 8과 같다. <개정 2018.12.11>

② 중증요양상태가 둘 이상 있는 경우의 중증요양상태등급의 조정에 관하여는 제53조제2항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "장해등급"은 "중증요양상태등급"으로 보고, "장해"는 "중증요양상태"로 보며, 별표 6의 제4급부터 제14급까지의 장해등급의 기준은 각각 해당하는 등급의 중증요양상태등급으로 본다. <개정 2018.12.11>

③ 기존의 중증요양상태가 새로운 업무상 부상 또는 질병으로 정도가 심해진 경우에 심해진 중증요양상태등급에 대한 상병보상연금의 산정은 심해진 중증요양상태등급에 해당하는 상병보상연금의 지급일수에서 기존의 중증요양상태등급에 해당하는 상병보상연금의 지급일수를 뺀 일수에 연금 지급 당시의 평균임금을 곱하여 산정한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
