소비자기본법 제68조의4(소송과의 관계)

① 제58조제1항 또는 제65조제1항에 따라 분쟁조정이 신청된 사건에 대하여 신청 전 또는 신청 후 소가 제기되어 소송이 진행 중일 때에는 수소법원(受訴法院)은 조정이 있을 때까지 소송절차를 중지할 수 있다. <개정 2026.3.10>

② 제1항에 따라 소송절차가 중지된 경우 조정위원회는 해당 사건의 조정절차를 재개한다.

③ 조정위원회는 조정이 신청된 사건과 동일한 원인으로 다수인이 관련되는 동종ㆍ유사 사건에 대한 소송이 진행 중인 경우에는 조정위원회의 결정으로 조정절차를 중지할 수 있다.
