아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 제63조(보호관찰 대상자의 신고 의무)

① 보호관찰 대상자는 출소 후의 거주 예정지, 근무 예정지, 교우(交友) 관계, 그 밖에 보호관찰을 위하여 필요한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 출소 전에 미리 교도소ㆍ소년교도소ㆍ구치소ㆍ군교도소 또는 치료감호시설의 장에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 보호관찰 대상자는 출소 후 10일 이내에 거주지, 직업 등 보호관찰을 위하여 필요한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 보호관찰관에게 서면으로 신고하여야 한다.
