영유아보육법 제42조의2(위법행위의 신고 및 신고자 보호)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 보조금을 교부받거나 유용(流用)한 자

5. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제34조에 따른 비용을 지원받은 자

6. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제38조제1항에 따른 보육료와 그 밖의 필요경비 등을 받은 자
