유아교육법 제19조의8(유치원회계의 운영)

① 유치원회계의 회계연도는 매년 3월 1일에 시작하여 다음 연도 2월 말일에 종료한다.

② 원장은 회계연도마다 유치원회계세입세출예산안을 편성하여 회계연도 개시 30일 전까지 제19조의3에 따른 유치원운영위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(2) For^f포 each이치 fiscal^f피스클 year,이어 the^ð더 principal프^r린서플 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 draft드^r래^f프트 revenue^r레^v버누 and앤드 expenditure익스펜더처 budget버짓 for^f포 the^ð더 kindergarten킨더가튼 account어카운트 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 kindergarten킨더가튼 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 19-3 at앳 least리스트 30 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 start스타트 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

③ 유치원운영위원회는 유치원회계세입세출예산안을 회계연도 개시 5일 전까지 심의하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 kindergarten킨더가튼 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 draft드^r래^f프트 revenue^r레^v버누 and앤드 expenditure익스펜더처 budget버짓 of어^v브 the^ð더 kindergarten킨더가튼 account어카운트 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 start스타트 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

④ 원장은 제3항에 따른 예산안이 새로운 회계연도가 개시될 때까지 확정되지 아니한 때에는 다음 각 호의 경비를 전년도 예산에 준하여 집행할 수 있다. 이 경우 전년도 예산에 준하여 집행된 예산은 해당 연도의 예산이 확정되면 그 확정된 예산에 의하여 집행된 것으로 본다.

⑤ 원장은 회계연도마다 결산서를 작성하여 회계연도 종료 후 2개월 이내에 유치원운영위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(5) For^f포 each이치 fiscal^f피스클 year,이어 the^ð더 principal프^r린서플 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 statement스테잇먼트 of어^v브 settled세틀드 accounts어카운츠 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 kindergarten킨더가튼 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 within위^ð딘 two투 months먼^θ쓰 after애^f프터 the^ð디 end엔드 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

⑥ 유치원회계의 운영에 필요한 사항은 국립유치원의 경우에는 교육부령으로, 공립유치원의 경우에는 시ㆍ도의 교육규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
