자동차관리법 시행령 제14조의4(개인정보 보호 조치)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제69조의2제3항에 따라 자동차소유자 외의 자에게 제14조의3제1호의 정보를 제공할 때에는 미리 자동차소유자의 동의를 받아야 한다. 다만, 자동차매매업자가 소유한 자동차로서 법 제59조제1항제1호에 따라 신고된 매매용 자동차의 경우에는 자동차소유자의 동의를 받지 아니하고 제14조의3제1호의 정보를 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2017.5.8>

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 자동차소유자의 동의를 받으려는 경우에는 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 동의 내용을 게재하고 자동차소유자가 동의 여부를 표시하도록 하여야 한다.

③ 자동차소유자는 제2항에 따라 동의를 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 방법으로 본인확인을 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2020.12.8>
