자동차관리법 제52조(이륜자동차에 대한 준용)

이륜자동차에 관하여는 제7조(제6항에 따른 구동축전지 식별번호 기재에 관한 사항은 제외한다), 제9조, 제10조제5항(제10조제7항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제13조제3항부터 제7항까지, 제18조, 제20조, 제22조, 제23조, 제26조, 제28조, 제29조, 제30조, 제30조의2부터 제30조의8까지, 제31조, 제31조의2부터 제31조의4까지, 제32조, 제32조의2제1항제4호, 제32조의2제5항(같은 조 제1항제4호에 따른 사후관리에 관한 의무를 이행하지 아니한 경우에 한정한다) 및 제6항, 제33조, 제33조의2, 제34조, 제34조의2부터 제34조의4까지, 제35조제1항, 제37조, 제43조의3 및 제46조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 "시ㆍ도지사"는 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"으로, "등록원부"는 "이륜자동차대장"으로, "신규등록"은 "사용신고"로, "자동차"는 "이륜자동차"로, "자동차등록증"은 "이륜자동차사용신고필증"으로, "등록번호판"은 "이륜자동차번호판"으로, "자동차안전기준"은 "이륜자동차의 안전기준"으로, "부품안전기준"은 "이륜자동차의 부품안전기준"으로, "자동차자기인증"은 "이륜자동차의 자기인증"으로, "부품자기인증"은 "이륜자동차의 부품자기인증"으로, "자동차제작자등"은 "이륜자동차의 제작자등"으로, "부품제작자등"은 "이륜자동차의 부품제작자등"으로, "자동차 기술검토 및 안전검사"는 "이륜자동차 실측확인"으로, "자동차검사"는 "이륜자동차검사"로, "정기검사"는 "이륜자동차 정기검사"로, "임시검사"는 "이륜자동차 임시검사"로, "검사기술인력"은 "이륜자동차검사대행자 및 이륜자동차지정정비사업자가 갖추어야 할 기술인력"으로, "자동차 소유자"는 "이륜자동차 소유자"로 본다. <개정 2011.5.24, 2012.5.23, 2014.1.7, 2015.8.11, 2017.10.24, 2020.2.4, 2021.4.13, 2023.8.16, 2023.9.14, 2024.1.9, 2024.1.30, 2024.2.13>
