자동차손해배상 보장법 제19조(자동차보험진료수가의 심사 청구 등)

① 보험회사등과 의료기관은 제12조의2제2항에 따른 심사결과 또는 제12조의3제1항에 따른 조정결과에 이의가 있는 때에는 이의제기 결과를 통보받은 날부터 30일 이내에 심의회에 그 심사를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2020.6.9, 2024.1.9>
