Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, Article 23-3 (Establishment of the Automobile Accident Compensation Guarantee Committee)

① 자동차 사고와 관련된 이해관계자의 손해배상 및 사회복귀 지원 등과 관련된 사항을 심의ㆍ의결 또는 조정하기 위하여 국토교통부장관 소속으로 자동차손해배상보장위원회를 둔다.
