① 긴급구조지원기관이 법 제55조의2제1항에 따라 유지하여야 하는 긴급구조에 필요한 능력의 구성요소는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2015.6.30, 2025.9.23>

1. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 전문인력

가. 법 제55조제3항에 따른 긴급구조에 관한 교육을 7시간 이상 이수한 사람

(a)어 A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 hours아워즈 of어^v브 education에저케이션 on안 emergency이머전시 rescue^r레스큐 under언더 Article아터클 55 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act;액트

나. 긴급구조 관련 업무에 1년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

② 긴급구조기관의 장은 법 제55조의2제2항 본문에 따라 제1항에 따른 긴급구조에 필요한 능력의 구성요소를 평가대상으로 하여 매년 긴급구조지원기관의 능력을 평가할 수 있다.
