Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Support for Victims of Jeonse Fraud and Housing Stability, Article 4-5 (Standards for Calculating and Method of Settling Advance Payments)

① 법 제25조의10제1항 후단에 따른 선지급금(이하 "선지급금"이라 한다)은 최소보장금에서 다음 각 호의 금액을 모두 뺀 금액으로 한다.

1. 임차보증금반환채권을 통하여 변제받은 금액: 제4조의4제3호의 금액
