주민등록법 시행령 제32조의2(영주귀국자의 주민등록)

① 해외에 이주하여 주민등록이 없었던 사람 또는 주민등록이 말소되었던 사람이 「해외이주법」 제12조에 따라 영주귀국하여 거주자로 등록 또는 재등록을 하려는 경우에는 주민등록이 없었던 사람의 경우에는 별지 제10호서식, 주민등록이 말소되었던 사람의 경우에는 별지 제15호의2서식에 따라 「해외이주법」 제12조에 따른 영주귀국을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2016.12.30>
