주택법 시행령 제62조(위원회의 설치ㆍ운영)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제15조에 따른 사업계획승인 신청(「도시 및 주거환경정비법」 제50조에 따른 사업시행계획인가 및 「건축법」 제11조에 따른 건축허가를 포함한다)이 있는 날부터 20일 이내에 법 제59조제1항에 따른 분양가심사위원회(이하 이 장에서 "위원회"라 한다)를 설치ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2018.2.9>

② 사업주체가 국가, 지방자치단체, 한국토지주택공사 또는 지방공사인 경우에는 해당 기관의 장이 위원회를 설치ㆍ운영하여야 한다. 이 경우 제63조부터 제70조까지의 규정을 준용한다.
