출입국관리법 시행령 제91조(외국인 동향조사)

① 출입국관리공무원은 법 제81조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 외국인 등의 동향을 조사한 때에는 그 기록을 유지하여야 한다.

(1) When웬 an앤 immigration이머그^r레이션 officer오^f퍼서 has해즈 investigated인^v베스터게이티드 the^ð디 activities액티^v버티즈 of어^v브 foreigners^f포^r러너즈 and앤드 others어^ð더즈 under언더 Article아터클 81 (1) and앤드 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð디 officer오^f퍼서 shall섈 keep킵 records^r러코즈 of어^v브 it.잇

② 출입국관리공무원은 제22조에 따른 활동중지 명령서 또는 제27조에 따른 활동범위 등 제한통지서를 받은 사람이 그 명령 또는 제한 내용을 준수하고 있는지를 계속 확인하여 그 기록을 유지하여야 한다.

③ 외국인 동향조사의 보고 및 기록 유지 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
