학원의 설립ㆍ운영 및 과외교습에 관한 법률 시행령 제16조의2(개인과외교습자의 신고 등)

① 법 제14조의2제1항에 따라 개인과외교습을 하려는 사람은 교육부령으로 정하는 개인과외교습자신고서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적고, 교육부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 교육감에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 개인과외교습자는 제1항제1호부터 제4호까지의 사항 중 어느 하나의 사항이 변경된 경우에는 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 15일 이내에 교육부령으로 정하는 변경신고서를 교육감에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
