Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences and the Treatment of Inmates, Article 101 (Number of Visits)
미결수용자의 접견 횟수는 매일 1회로 하되, 변호인과의 접견은 그 횟수에 포함시키지 않는다.
The number of visits for an unconvicted inmate shall be once per day, but visits with defense counsel shall not be counted toward that number.
