형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제139조(순회점검공무원에 대한 청원)

① 소장은 법 제117조제1항에 따라 수용자가 순회점검공무원(법 제8조에 따라 법무부장관으로부터 순회점검의 명을 받은 법무부 또는 그 소속기관에 근무하는 공무원을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 청원하는 경우에는 그 인적사항을 청원부에 기록하여야 한다.

② 순회점검공무원은 법 제117조제2항 단서에 따라 수용자가 말로 청원하는 경우에는 그 요지를 청원부에 기록하여야 한다.

③ 순회점검공무원은 법 제117조제1항의 청원에 관하여 결정을 한 경우에는 그 요지를 청원부에 기록하여야 한다.

④ 순회점검공무원은 법 제117조제1항의 청원을 스스로 결정하는 것이 부적당하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 내용을 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.

⑤ 수용자의 청원처리의 기준ㆍ절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
