고용보험법 시행령 제92조(준용)

법 제64조부터 법 제67조까지의 규정에 따른 취업촉진 수당에 관하여는 제76조제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제81조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "구직급여"는 "취업촉진 수당"으로, "수급자격자"는 "취업촉진 수당을 지급받을 수 있는 사람"으로, "구직급여액"은 "취업촉진 수당액"으로 본다. <개정 2021.6.8>
