Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 34 (Principles for Imposing Contributions on Monthly Remuneration of Workplace Subscribers)

① 법 제70조제1항에 따라 직장가입자에 대한 보수월액보험료는 매년 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 산정된 보수월액을 기준으로 하여 부과하고, 다음 해에 확정되는 해당 연도의 보수 총액을 기준으로 제39조에 따라 보수월액을 다시 산정하여 정산한다. 다만, 법 제70조제3항 후단에 따라 보건복지부장관이 고시하는 금액이 적용되는 직장가입자에 대해서는 그 고시하는 금액이 적용되는 기간 동안 부과한 보수월액보험료의 정산을 생략할 수 있다.
