국민건강보험법 시행령 제79조(보험료 및 징수위탁보험료등의 배분 등)

공단이 납부의무자의 신청에 따라 보험료 및 징수위탁보험료등을 1개의 납입고지서로 통합하여 징수한 경우(법 제81조 및 징수위탁근거법에 따라 체납처분의 방법으로 징수한 경우는 제외한다)에 징수한 보험료와 그에 따른 징수금 또는 징수위탁보험료등의 금액이 징수하여야 할 총액에 미치지 못하는 경우로서 납부의무자가 이를 납부하는 날까지 특별한 의사를 표시하지 아니한 경우에는 법 제113조제1항 본문에 따라 공단이 징수하려는 각 보험별 금액(법 및 징수위탁근거법에 따른 연체금 및 가산금을 제외한 금액을 말한다)의 비율로 배분하여 납부 처리하여야 한다.
