도로법 제94조(비용의 징수 방법 등)

제89조부터 제93조까지의 규정에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 아닌 자가 부담하는 비용의 징수, 과오납된 비용의 반환 및 이의신청에 관하여 제69조부터 제71조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "점용료"는 각각 "비용을 부담하여야 할 자가 부담하는 비용"으로 본다.
