산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제64조(상병보상연금의 지급 등)

① 법 제66조부터 제69조까지의 규정에 따른 상병보상연금을 받으려는 사람은 중증요양상태를 증명할 수 있는 의사의 진단서를 첨부하여 공단에 청구하여야 한다. <개정 2018.12.11>

② 공단은 상병보상연금을 받고 있는 근로자의 중증요양상태등급이 변동되면 수급권자의 청구에 의하여 또는 직권으로 그 변동된 날부터 새로운 중증요양상태등급에 따른 상병보상연금을 지급한다. <개정 2018.12.11>

③ 상병보상연금을 받고 있는 근로자가 제2항에 따라 중증요양상태등급의 변동에 따른 상병보상연금을 청구할 때에는 변동된 중증요양상태를 증명할 수 있는 의사의 진단서를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
