아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 제60조(권한의 위임)

① 제57조제1항 각 호 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 중앙행정기관의 장(교육부장관은 제외한다)은 제67조에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18, 2020.5.19>
