아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 제62조(보호관찰 대상자의 보호관찰 기간 연장 등)

① 보호관찰 대상자가 보호관찰 기간 중에 「보호관찰 등에 관한 법률」 제32조에 따른 준수사항을 위반하는 등 재범의 위험성이 증대한 경우에 법원은 보호관찰소의 장의 신청에 따른 검사의 청구로 제61조제3항에 따른 5년을 초과하여 보호관찰의 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 준수사항은 재판장이 재판정에서 설명하고 서면으로도 알려 주어야 한다.
