여객자동차 운수사업법 제35조(준용 규정)

자동차대여사업의 사업계획 변경, 사업계획의 변경제한, 공동운수협정, 명의이용 금지, 사업의 양도ㆍ양수 및 법인의 합병, 상속, 사업의 휴업ㆍ폐업, 사고 시의 조치 등에 관하여는 제10조제2항부터 제6항까지, 제11조, 제12조, 제14조(제2항은 제외한다), 제15조, 제16조(제1항은 제외한다) 및 제19조(제1항은 제외한다)를 준용한다. <개정 2017.3.21, 2021.7.27>
