자동차손해배상 보장법 제39조의7(재원)

① 자동차손해배상진흥원은 제39조의4제2항 각 호의 기관으로부터 같은 조 제1항제1호의 검사 업무에 따른 소요 비용을 받을 수 있다.

② 자동차손해배상진흥원은 제39조의4제2항 각 호의 기관으로부터 검사 업무 이외에 필요한 운영비용을 받을 수 있다.

③ 자동차손해배상진흥원은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 그 경비를 충당한다.

(3) The^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 cover커^v버 its잇츠 expenses익스펜시즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 financial^f퍼낸실 resources:^r리소시즈

④ 제3항에 따른 수입금의 한도 및 관리 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
