자동차손해배상 보장법 시행령 제33조(손해배상청구권의 대위행사를 위한 협조요청)

① 국토교통부장관(법 제45조제1항에 따라 국토교통부장관이 법 제39조제1항에 따른 손해배상 청구권의 대위행사에 관한 업무를 위탁한 경우에는 그 위탁을 받은 자를 말한다)은 법 제39조제1항에 따른 피해자의 손해배상청구권을 대위행사하기 위하여 가입관리전산망을 이용하여 경찰청장, 시ㆍ도경찰청장이나 경찰서장(이하 "경찰청장등"이라 한다)에게 다음 각 호의 정보의 열람ㆍ제출 또는 확인 등을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2022.1.25>

② 제1항에 따른 요구를 받은 경찰청장등은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요구에 따라야 한다.
