Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 303 (Settlement Business Rules)

① 예탁결제원 및 전자등록기관은 증권등의 매매거래에 따른 결제업무의 수행을 위하여 결제업무규정을 정하여야 한다. 이 경우 결제업무규정은 제323조의11의 청산업무규정, 제387조의 회원관리규정 및 제393조의 업무규정과 상충되어서는 아니 된다. <개정 2013.5.28, 2016.3.22>

② 제1항의 결제업무규정에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2016.3.22>
