주민등록법 시행령 제12조의7(변경위원회의 결정에 관한 이의신청)

① 법 제7조의4제4항에 따른 이의신청을 하려는 변경신청인은 이의신청서에 그가 주장하는 내용과 그 사실을 증명하는 자료를 첨부하여 주민등록지의 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 주민등록지의 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제1항의 이의신청서를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 변경위원회에 이의신청서를 보내고 그 사실을 변경신청인에게 지체 없이 통지하여야 한다.
