초ㆍ중등교육법 제18조의3(시ㆍ도학생징계조정위원회의 설치)

① 제18조의2제1항에 따른 재심청구를 심사ㆍ결정하기 위하여 교육감 소속으로 시ㆍ도학생징계조정위원회(이하 "징계조정위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 징계조정위원회의 조직ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
