특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제15조의2(외국 금융감독ㆍ검사기관과의 업무협조 등)

① 금융정보분석원장(이하 이 조에서 제15조제6항에 따라 금융정보분석원장의 권한을 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 외국 금융감독ㆍ검사기관(제4조ㆍ제4조의2ㆍ제5조ㆍ제5조의2ㆍ제5조의3 또는 제5조의4에 따른 금융회사등의 의무를 감독ㆍ검사하는 업무를 수행하는 외국의 기관을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 외국의 법령(자금세탁행위 방지 및 공중협박자금조달행위 금지 관련 국제협약과 국제기구의 권고사항을 반영한 외국의 법령을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 "외국법령"이라 한다)을 위반한 행위에 대하여 목적ㆍ범위 등을 밝혀 이 법에서 정하는 방법에 따른 감독ㆍ검사를 요청하는 경우 이에 협조할 수 있다. 이 경우 금융정보분석원장은 상호주의 원칙에 따라 감독ㆍ검사자료를 외국 금융감독ㆍ검사기관에 제공하거나 이를 제공받을 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.24>

② 금융정보분석원장은 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하는 경우에만 제1항 후단에 따라 외국 금융감독ㆍ검사기관에 감독ㆍ검사자료를 제공할 수 있다.
