Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence, Article 17 (Suspension of the Statute of Limitations for Prosecution and Its Effect)

① 가정폭력범죄에 대한 공소시효는 해당 가정보호사건이 법원에 송치된 때부터 시효 진행이 정지된다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 때부터 진행된다.
