건축법 제6조의2(특수구조 건축물의 특례)

건축물의 구조, 재료, 형식, 공법 등이 특수한 대통령령으로 정하는 건축물(이하 "특수구조 건축물"이라 한다)은 제4조, 제4조의2부터 제4조의8까지, 제5조부터 제9조까지, 제11조, 제14조, 제19조, 제21조부터 제25조까지, 제40조, 제41조, 제48조, 제48조의2, 제49조, 제50조, 제50조의2, 제51조, 제52조, 제52조의2, 제52조의4, 제53조, 제62조부터 제64조까지, 제65조의2, 제67조, 제68조 및 제84조를 적용할 때 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 강화 또는 변경하여 적용할 수 있다. <개정 2019.4.23, 2019.4.30>
