공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(정보목록의 작성ㆍ비치 등)

① 법 제8조제1항에 따른 정보목록에는 문서제목ㆍ생산연도ㆍ업무담당자ㆍ보존기간 등이 포함되어야 한다. 이 경우 「공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령」 제20조 및 제23조에 따른 등록정보의 목록으로 법 제8조제1항에 따른 정보목록을 갈음할 수 있다.

② 공공기관은 정보공개 절차를 국민이 쉽게 알 수 있도록 정보공개 청구 및 처리 절차, 정보공개 청구서식, 수수료, 그 밖의 주요 사항이 포함된 정보공개편람을 작성하여 갖추어 두고 일반국민이 열람할 수 있도록 제공하여야 한다.

③ 공공기관은 청구인의 편의를 도모하기 위하여 정보공개 청구서식, 컴퓨터단말기 등을 갖추어 두어야 한다.
