국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제109조(중앙도시계획위원회의 분과위원회)

①법 제110조의 규정에 의하여 중앙도시계획위원회에 두는 분과위원회 및 그 소관업무는 다음 각호와 같다. <개정 2004.1.20>

②각 분과위원회는 위원장 1인을 포함한 5인 이상 17인 이하의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2004.1.20, 2005.9.8>

(2) Each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 but벗 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 17 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③각 분과위원회의 위원은 중앙도시계획위원회가 그 위원중에서 선출하며, 중앙도시계획위원회의 위원은 2 이상의 분과위원회의 위원이 될 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Urban얼븐 Planning플래닝 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Urban얼븐 Planning플래닝 Committee커미티 may메이 be비 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 two투 or오 more모 subcommittees.서브커미티즈

④각 분과위원회의 위원장은 분과위원회의 위원중에서 호선한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee.서브커미티

⑤ 중앙도시계획위원회의 위원장은 제1항에도 불구하고 효율적인 심사를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 각 분과위원회가 분장하는 업무의 일부를 조정할 수 있다. <신설 2008.1.8>
