국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제58조(도시ㆍ군계획에 포함되지 아니한 개발행위의 심의)

①법 제59조제3항의 규정에 의하여 국토교통부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장이 관계 행정기관의 장에게 중앙도시계획위원회 또는 지방도시계획위원회의 심의를 받도록 요청하는 때에는 심의가 필요한 사유를 명시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

②법 제59조제3항의 규정에 의하여 중앙도시계획위원회 또는 지방도시계획위원회의 심의를 받도록 요청받은 관계 행정기관의 장이 중앙행정기관의 장인 경우에는 중앙도시계획위원회의 심의를 받아야 하며, 지방자치단체의 장인 경우에는 당해 지방자치단체에 설치된 지방도시계획위원회의 심의를 받아야 한다.
