국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제63조(개발밀도관리구역의 지정기준 및 관리방법)

1. 개발밀도관리구역은 도로ㆍ수도공급설비ㆍ하수도ㆍ학교 등 기반시설의 용량이 부족할 것으로 예상되는 지역중 기반시설의 설치가 곤란한 지역으로서 다음 각목의 1에 해당하는 지역에 대하여 지정할 수 있도록 할 것

2. 개발밀도관리구역의 경계는 도로ㆍ하천 그 밖에 특색 있는 지형지물을 이용하거나 용도지역의 경계선을 따라 설정하는 등 경계선이 분명하게 구분되도록 할 것
