도시 및 주거환경정비법 제36조의2(토지등소유자가 시행하는 재개발사업에서의 토지등소유자의 동의자 수 산정에 관한 특례)

① 정비구역 지정ㆍ고시(변경지정ㆍ고시는 제외한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다) 이후 제25조제1항제2호에 따라 토지등소유자가 재개발사업을 시행하는 경우 토지등소유자의 동의자 수를 산정하는 기준일은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.

② 제1항에 따른 토지등소유자의 동의자 수를 산정함에 있어 같은 항 각 호의 구분에 따른 산정기준일 이후 1명의 토지등소유자로부터 토지 또는 건축물의 소유권이나 지상권을 양수하여 여러 명이 소유하게 된 때에는 그 여러 명을 대표하는 1명을 토지등소유자로 본다.
