식품위생법 시행령 제63조(포상금의 지급기준)

1. 법 제93조를 위반한 자를 신고한 경우: 1천만원 이하

3. 법 제7조제4항(법 제88조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제9조제4항(법 제88조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제37조제5항, 제44조제1항ㆍ제2항을 위반한 자 또는 법 제75조제1항에 따른 영업정지명령을 위반하여 영업을 계속한 자를 신고한 경우: 20만원 이하

4. 「식품 등의 표시ㆍ광고에 관한 법률」 제8조, 법 제37조제4항을 위반한 자 또는 법 제76조제1항에 따른 품목제조정지명령을 위반한 자를 신고한 경우: 10만원 이하

5. 법 제40조제3항 또는 제88조제1항을 위반한 자를 신고한 경우: 5만원 이하
