위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제30조의4(국회에의 보고)

① 법 제30조제2항에 따라 긴급구조기관 및 경찰관서는 국회 행정안전위원회에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 자료를 매 반기가 종료된 날부터 30일 이내에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2015.8.3>

② 법 제30조제2항에 따라 위치정보사업자는 국회 과학기술정보방송통신위원회에 다음 각 호의 자료를 매 반기가 종료된 날부터 30일 이내에 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2015.8.3, 2018.10.16>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 자료는 전자적 파일의 형태로 하여 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제1호에 따른 정보통신망을 이용하여 전송하거나, 그 내용을 기록ㆍ보관ㆍ출력할 수 있는 전자적 정보저장매체에 기록하여 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2015.8.3>
