자동차관리법 시행령 제19조(업무의 위탁)

①국토교통부장관은 법 제77조제5항에 따라 법 제23조제1항 단서(법 제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 및 제23조제2항(법 제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 업무를 자동차검사대행자 및 법 제51조의2제1항에 따른 이륜자동차검사대행자로 지정받은 한국교통안전공단에 위탁한다. <개정 1997.12.20, 2002.12.31, 2008.2.29, 2010.2.5, 2013.3.23, 2015.12.10, 2018.10.23, 2025.3.14>

④ 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제77조제7항에 따라 법 제69조에 따른 전산정보처리조직을 이용하여 전자적 방법(「전자정부법」에 따른 전자문서와 전자화문서를 포함한다)으로 신청받은 법 제7조, 제8조, 제9조부터 제12조까지, 제12조의2, 제13조, 제14조, 제14조의3 및 제16조의 등록에 관한 사무를 한국교통안전공단에 위탁할 수 있다. 이 경우 사무를 위탁한 시ㆍ도지사는 그 위탁사실을 고시하여야 한다. <신설 2015.10.6, 2018.10.23>

⑥시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 법 제77조제8항에 따라 법 제59조제1항에 따른 매매용 자동차의 신고처리에 관한 권한을 법 제67조에 따라 설립된 자동차매매업에 관한 사업자단체에 위탁한다. <개정 1997.12.20, 1999.7.29, 2002.12.31, 2010.2.5, 2015.10.6>

⑦시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 법 제77조제8항에 따라 법 제64조제1항에 따른 정비책임자의 선임 및 해임신고의 처리에 관한 권한을 법 제67조에 따라 설립된 자동차정비업에 관한 사업자단체에 위탁한다. <개정 1999.7.29, 2002.12.31, 2010.2.5, 2015.10.6>
