자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제320조(외국예탁결제기관 등의 예탁 등에 관한 특례)

① 제310조, 제313조, 제314조제6항, 제315조 및 제316조제3항은 외국예탁결제기관에 적용하지 아니한다. 다만, 외국예탁결제기관이 그 적용을 요청하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2013.5.28>
