전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(전자문서에 의한 신고)

① 제13조ㆍ제16조 및 제17조에 따른 신고를 전자문서로 하는 경우에는 공정거래위원회가 정한 정보처리시스템에 의하여 신고할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 전자문서에 의한 신고를 할 때 전자문서에 의한 자료 제출이 곤란한 사항은 1개월 내에 우편 등을 통하여 보완할 수 있으며, 보완한 경우에는 전자문서로 신고한 날에 신고한 것으로 본다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 전자문서에 의한 신고수리업무의 처리에 필요한 사항은 총리령으로 정한다.
