1. 제26조의2제1항 또는 제3항(제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 회계감사를 받지 아니하거나 부정한 방법으로 받은 자

1. 제9조의3제3항을 위반하여 통지를 하지 아니한 자

2. 제9조의3제4항을 위반하여 관리단집회를 소집하지 아니한 자

3. 제24조제6항(제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 신고를 하지 아니한 자

4의3. 제26조제3항 각 호 외의 부분 후단(제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 정당한 사유 없이 제26조제1항에 따른 보고 자료 또는 같은 조 제2항에 따른 장부나 증빙서류에 대한 열람 청구 또는 등본의 교부 청구에 응하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 응한 자

5. 제30조제1항, 제39조제4항, 제41조제4항(이들 규정을 제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 규약, 의사록 또는 서면(전자적 방법으로 기록된 정보를 포함한다)을 보관하지 아니한 자
