산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제80조(보험급여 등의 충당 한도 및 절차)

1. 법 제84조제1항에 따른 부당이득을 받은 사람에게 지급할 보험급여(법 제75조에 따른 직장복귀지원금ㆍ직장적응훈련비 또는 재활운동비는 제외한다)가 있으면 그 지급할 보험급여에 10분의 1을 곱한 금액. 다만, 보험급여 수급권자가 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 서면으로 10분의 1을 넘는 금액의 충당에 동의하면 그 동의한 금액을 말한다.
