Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 10 (Joint Consultation Meetings on Complex Building Civil Petitions)

② 허가권자는 법 제12조에 따른 건축복합민원 일괄협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)의 회의를 법 제10조제1항에 따른 사전결정 신청일 또는 법 제11조제1항에 따른 건축허가 신청일부터 10일 이내에 개최하여야 한다.

③ 허가권자는 협의회의 회의를 개최하기 3일 전까지 회의 개최 사실을 관계 행정기관 및 관계 부서에 통보하여야 한다.

④ 협의회의 회의에 참석하는 관계 공무원은 회의에서 관계 법령에 관한 의견을 발표하여야 한다.

⑤ 사전결정 또는 건축허가를 하는 관계 행정기관 및 관계 부서는 그 협의회의 회의를 개최한 날부터 5일 이내에 동의 또는 부동의 의견을 허가권자에게 제출하여야 한다.
