공공주택 특별법 제2조의2(준주택의 준용)

① 제4조제1항 각 호에 규정된 자가 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 재정이나 주택도시기금을 지원받아 건설, 매입 또는 임차하여 임대를 목적으로 공급하는 「주택법」 제2조제4호에 따른 준주택으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 준주택(이하 "공공준주택"이라 한다)은 제3조, 제3조의2, 제4조, 제5조, 제35조부터 제39조까지, 제40조의2부터 제40조의5까지, 제41조, 제43조, 제43조의2, 제44조, 제45조의2, 제48조, 제48조의2부터 제48조의7까지, 제49조, 제49조의2부터 제49조의4까지, 제49조의7, 제49조의8, 제50조, 제50조의2, 제50조의3, 제53조, 제53조의2, 제54조부터 제57조까지, 제57조의2부터 제57조의7까지 및 제58조부터 제60조까지의 규정을 준용할 수 있다. 이 경우 "공공주택"은 "공공준주택"으로 본다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2017.8.9, 2021.10.19>

② 공공준주택의 면적은 「주거기본법」 제17조에 따라 국토교통부장관이 공고한 최저주거기준 중 1인 가구의 최소 주거면적을 만족하여야 한다.
