Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 22 (Hearing Opinions of Residents and Local Councils)

① 법 제28조제1항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항"이란 제25조제3항 각 호의 사항 및 같은 조 제4항 각 호의 사항을 말한다. <개정 2018.11.13>
