Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 11-2 (Requests for Drafting Improvement Plans for Designation of Improvement Zones)

③ 토지등소유자 또는 법 제31조에 따른 조합설립추진위원회(이하 "추진위원회"라 한다)는 법 제13조의2제1항에 따라 정비계획의 입안권자(법 제9조제3항에 따른 정비계획의 입안권자를 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 정비구역의 지정을 위한 정비계획의 입안을 요청하려는 경우에는 토지등소유자의 2분의 1 이하의 범위에서 시ㆍ도조례로 정하는 비율 이상의 동의를 받은 후 시ㆍ도조례로 정하는 요청서 서식에 정비계획의 입안을 요청하는 구역의 범위 및 해당 구역에 위치한 건축물 현황에 관한 서류를 첨부하여 정비계획의 입안권자에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.5.27>
