Enforcement Decree of the Wage Claim Guarantee Act, Article 25-2 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)

고용노동부장관(제24조에 따라 고용노동부장관의 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위해 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2012.6.5, 2014.9.24, 2015.6.15, 2021.6.1, 2021.10.14, 2024.8.6>
